ytd practice cartwheel until my muscle cramp,

but nvm,

because i get the result i wan,

I DID IT...althought not so perfect,

practice alone like a fool,

with those tai chi auntie,

hmm...but its ok...learn something must like this,

shameful wont make u success,

althought many ppl exercise in the morning,

but i cannot care wad ppl think,

i must head for my dream...

still a national team huh?? attitude so bad...suan la you...

i learn backhand spring today..
this trick was wad i wanna learn,
and today after wushu,
i cant imagine mr lai can do it!!!
AMAZING...i ask him teach me ofcuz...
and i done it well...
the feel is so freaking high,
i do and do and do,
keep on practice untill my stomach muscle damn pain,
its not easy to do,
you need to put ur fear aside,
ppl with fear will never make it,
tats why i like this trick,
not only this la...still got many more i wanna learn,
because i like to challange those difficult tricks,
althought there are many pppl learning all around the world,
but its not too late for me,
whoo...the feel was awesome,
