whole body pain pain,

ytd practice cartwheel until my muscle cramp,

but nvm,

because i get the result i wan,

I DID IT...althought not so perfect,

but i believe i can improve,

tml morning go padang again,

practice alone like a fool,

with those tai chi auntie,

hmm...but its ok...learn something must like this,

shameful wont make u success,

althought many ppl exercise in the morning,

but i cannot care wad ppl think,

i must head for my dream...

yea...DREAM...

got dream only got hope...

so..i believe i can...

Today saw Ye Shan at church,

he was so silly,

he din saw me...haha

ok la...before i end my post,

i would like to wish Malaysia happy 52th birthday!!!
