What a freaking sad day...sob sob

Today there are three things make me feel sob,

i thought tat today i can get my medal during perhimpunan,

but then that En. Bakri forget bout that...

OMG...how sad i am,

there are so many ppl taking their prizes today,

and they are so yeng,

but i can only see ppl up there..argh

screw you En. Bakri,

just ask ppl give me my medals...hmpx!

And then the second thing is...

Charmaine FORGET TO BRING HER MEMORY CARD!!!

Lastly...is about my biology teacher,

i go for rehersal so many days,

very obvious i din get all da paper u give la

how i finish ur homework wo,

bt nvm la,

at last i finish it ady la,

i don wan to say out my reason nia...

cause i don wan u perasan blame wrong ppl,

Happy and Sad day..

Im so happy today,
because everythings goes well,
What i mean is WuShu Night,
Tat night was AWESOME...
And i was so sad because it had come to an end.
Haiz...its so memorable for me,
sry i still cant post all da pic out yet,
because i just have 9 pic,
i wanna post out all da pic on the next post,
so don miss it=)) im so emo now,
just wanna cry...
I miss you all my friends and WUSHU NIGHT...you all did a great job,
I cant just let go everything like tat,
because i really miss you all...

WuShu Night...24hours to GO

Wow...
its so fast...
wushu night is going to end tml,
and i so freaking miss all my friends,
I miss all the happy day we have,
everyone of my friends,
I MISS YOU ALL,
after tml we don have tat chance to play together shouting JIA YOU,
So...tml will be my memorable day i think.
And now im so nervous,
tml there are international wushu player came too,
and many many more pro,
im so worry tat i will make mistake,
there are so many of my friends come and support me,
i cant disappoint them...
thats all for today...

About today...

erm...
not so happy with my result,
but i very happy ady,
from form 1 till now,
i always get silver for 400m,
damn it...
form 1 i lose to weilun,
form two i lose to abilash,
form 3 i lose to weilun again,
and just now i lose to abillash again...

atleast i still stable..kaka=)

Golden word told by a little bird

People said winner are cool;
who don wan to be a winner are fools?
but there are only one winner all the time,
not the others noob,
but is because there can be only one winner,
if there are unlimited space of winner,
this world will full of hapiness and laugh sound.

Compare to a loser,
winner is not cool enough,
for me..loser is the most cool one,
they have to be brave enough to accept the truth,
when somebody work hard but lose at last,
i believe their feeling are same as mine,
that feeling is undescribable,
a sour tear...
a moody face...
and an undescribable mouth.

Still remember Liu Xiang??
He sprain his leg during the 2008 olympic in Beijing,
and he chooose to give up at last,
many of his fans are so disappointed,
but who know his pain???
He is so pity...
just like me now,

Getting Worse..

Today i got wushu practise again,
then donno wad happen to my leg,
suddenly pain till cant walk,
my muscle damn pain,
its ok my muscleache,
but...HEy...next week is sukan saringan leh,
Hellooo...why pain at this time???
I went back home,
keep taking a tennis ball and rub my leg,
its so damn pain,
i keep rub and rub and rub,
but still so pain,
mayb tml going to see doctor again,
if necessary, im going to do physiotherapy,
and do once is about 30dollar man...
my mom is going to scold me..aiks
Im still worrying...haiz...mayb no medal for me this year=(
Anyway today i enjoyed my drama practise with gao yi...wow
she is one of the actor in 老师嫁老大 this movie,
and we are so proud that she can teach us in acting,
oh ya....she also will be the host for wushu night,
act i wan to get her signature...but..nvm
*my muscle so damn pain...=(*

Im worry...=(

I am so scare,
scare i cant get a medal for this year,
its so pressure for me,
almost 100/100 of my time spend at wushu night,
i got no time to train for my 5 events that i take,
first is 4oom, then 800m, Lompat Kijang, 4 x 100, and 4 x 400.
When i heard that Ding Yuen, Jae Haan, Tien Kiat, Rui Hua, Wei Phang are taking part too,
i feel so worry, i feel so scare, i feel so useless,
fon know this year how many medals i can get? 1? 2? or 3?
3medals for me is enough la,
but i got no confidence,
i become very week...=(
Its ok if i din win this year,
but i very...wad la yooo...i donno how to say...sry

Just came back from Subang...

its so pain...
i mean every part of my body...
my leg...
my hand...
my head...
and my backbone...=(
Teacher said there is a competition on june 8,
and we got to aim for 1 tao lu to train,
and and...
our bone softness is making me cry.
"one word horse"????argh...so pain,
haiz...i don wan to type so long la,
my hand very pain now and the worse is my leg,
all blue black...here and there,
so freaking tired,
I WAN RELAXXX...and i need more TIME....-(

Opss..

im so happy today,

that feeling is like...sry i donno how to express!

but its cool.

Today me, Leslie, jaehaan, ruihua, aikbuan, yeejeat, hweeling, cailing, and ziling

went for a olahraga competition at kelana jaya organised by smk Taman Medan.

and we are so glad that both boys and girls team won the gold medal!

I was like...oh my god...am i dreaming???

its just like last year 4 x 400,

both team emerged as a champion too,

but this year im so happy that we still maintain our result,

wow...

its about 9months i din run ady,

even this year MSSD i also din go,

cant imagine i still can run...haha im not old yet...yeah

haiz...but too bad i got no chance to take my medal photo,

because it got to keep by teacher and give back us during perhimpunan,

aiks...that medal was freaking nice la...

but nevermind la,

atleast i got take pic with ziling and jaehaan,
